QUAIL HAVEN

COME GROW WITH US!

The most often-asked question at Quail Botanical Gardens is, “Are there any quail here?” Yes there are and now everyone will be able to see them. The Quail Haven exhibit includes an enclosure for close-up viewing of Quail along with viewing and interpretive shelters. This is a great aviary exhibit to see and hear quail in what was their natural habitat. It is an opportunity to observe the behavior and beauty of our state bird. This exhibit also gives us at Quail Botanical Gardens a chance to bring quail back to Encinitas.

Bird Blind
A rustic viewing structure that allows views not only into the Quail enclosure, but also bird watching in the adjacent native sage scrub area.

Ron and Jo Moss Quail Shack
A rustic structure matching the Bird Blind, the Quail Shack will provide viewing into the Quail Shelter along with information about this native bird.
