Learn how to make delicious Rosemary Beef Stew with bits of celery and tomatoes, rosemary and basil; "Herbes de Provence" herb mixture to coat boiled potatoes; bread sticks; and, for dessert, a lemon verbena pund cake with a lemon verbena glaze.
Cost: Members $25, non members $30
*Samples and recipes given of each dish taught.
All classes require preregistration.
